"downsize", "minimize" and "de-clutter"
I've been hearing the words "downsize", "minimize" and "de-clutter" for the past few years and wanted to encourage you to make a date with yourself to do just that! Set aside 15-20 minutes each day to tackle a small project (e.g. go thru a stack of mail) or larger project (e.g. sorting through a kitchen drawer). Taking time out to tackle a "task" on your "to do list" will keep you encouraged and motivated to continue setting small organizational goals & accomplishing them! It's a win, win!

New Year's Resolutions...
Sorry for my delay in posting to the blog...guess I should add this to my list of "New Year's Resolutions." Since we're on the topic of "resolutions", I would like to encourage you to make 1 goal per week to help yourself toward greater organization. Whether it be your household, car, office space or bedroom...set aside just 15-20 minutes per week to tackle this goal (e.g. write a note, reorganize the silverware drawer, go through the stack of papers on the kitchen table). You will find that if you make small goals for yourself, that you won't feel overwhelmed and you will get to experience the joy of accomplishing your goal(s). I'm here to cheer you on!! You can do it!!
